During our four weeks of working together, I will personally help you create a strategic plan to quickly increase your cashflow.
This will include weekly 30 to 45 minute phone calls where we will customize a cashflow plan specifically for you based upon your current situation. We'll investigate everything you're doing, as well as, all of your investments and I'll tell you exactly what you can do to increase your cashflow.
I've been doing this for over 25 years, and I'm pretty good at finding cashflow opportunities that most people aren't able to see.
And the end of our four weeks of working together, one of three things will happen:
1. You'll love the plan we created together and you'll decide to implement it on your own without continuing as a Cashflownaire Member. If this is the case, we'll part as friends and you can let me know how you're doing.
2. You'll love the plan we created together and you'll want to continue as a Cashflownaire Member so we can continue working to increase your cashflow further.
3. In the unlikely event that you feel like you wasted your time, I will send you $200 for "wasting" your time.
It really is that simple. There is no catch.
Think about this.
The "worst" that can happen is you'll get $200 for working with personally with me for four weeks.
The best that can happen is we double, triple, or even quadruple your cashflow and you continue stacking even more cashflow as a Cashflowniare Member.
Here's how it'll work:
We'll schedule our first call. After our call is scheduled, I'll send you a homework assignment to complete prior to our call.
This homework assignment will provide the "raw materials" we'll need to start increasing your cashflow.
Once we have this information, we'll start creating your strategic cashflow plan. We'll continue working on this plan during the remaining three weeks.
Our goal is to significantly increase your monthly cashflow during the time we work together. Yes, this may not seem possible. It is possible, and this is something we'll do together.
You might be wondering why I would offer something like this?
Well, for two reasons:
First off, I enjoy helping people increase their cashflow. Truth be told, it's fun to watch people learn how to create cashflow out of thin air.
Second, it's how I can attract new Cashflownaire Members.

Assuming you love the cashflow plan we create together... and you want to continue as a Cashflownaire Member, you'll probably want to stay plugged into my best strategies for creating cashflow.
If this is the case, the enrollment fee is $97 and the monthly membership fee is $97... but if you think about it, it really doesn't cost you anything.

Since we will be working together for four weeks, I'm not able to accept just anyone who applies for this program.
It's impossible for me to work one-on-one with everyone who is interested in increasing their cashflow. I have a specific set of criteria you must meet in order to be accepted.
Here it is:
1. You must be willing to do the weekly homework assignments during the four weeks.
These homework assignments build upon each other. If you're not willing to invest the time to complete this work, I will not be able to help you increase your cashflow.
It's kind of hard to increase you cashflow, if you're unwilling to take any action.
2. You must have the ability to invest.
Yes, we can create cashflow without money. However, if you have money to invest, I will be able to help you increase your monthly cashflow very quickly.
Don't worry, you will always be in control of every dollar you invest!
3. You must be willing to work through your limiting beliefs and your fears.
If you keep doing what you've always done, you'll keep getting the same results. To change your financial situation, you'll have to change how you think about money.
4. You must be willing to implement the cashflow plan we'll create together.
If you're not willing to implement our plan, you won't increase your cashflow!
That's it! Those are my requirements.
If you meet the criteria above and would like to work with me personally over the next four weeks to increase your cashflow, you'll need to fill out an application.
I just need to get a rough idea of where you're currently at right now.
I'm also going to ask you to pay the $97 enrollment fee and your first month's membership fee of $97 as a deposit.
I'm asking that you pay this deposit to make sure you're serious about increasing your cashflow. Most people say they're serious, but they really aren't serious.
I'm simply using it as a filter to keep the "tire kickers" away.
If you're not happy after working together, I'll refund the $194 you have on deposit. I'll also pay you an additional $200.
If you are happy with the cashflow plan we create together, you can just continue as a Cashflownaire Member.
Once I have your deposit and your application, I'll reach out to you to set up a time for our first call. This call will be 30 minutes.
I will also send you a homework assignment to complete prior to our call.
This is where we'll begin working together to start increasing your cashflow.
We'll walk through current investments, your goals, and we'll start identifying opportunities for you to start increasing your cashflow.
After our first call, we'll schedule your second call. I will also send you a new homework assignment to complete!
If at the end of the four weeks you see value as a Cashflownaire Member, great!
And if you don't want to become a member, that's OK too.
And if you tell me I've wasted your time, I'll give you your $197 deposit back. I will also give you an extra $200 for wasting your time.
So you literally can't lose.
I'm limiting this opportunity to just a handful of people because of the one-on-one time needed during the four weeks.
It's impossible for me to work with more than a handful of people at the same time.
So with that said, know that the number of people I can accept is very limited.
