After my last post detailing my schedule for one day, I received several emails asking me about the client interviews listed in my schedule. I thought it might be a good idea to dedicate an entire post to this topic. Here goes…

In my Renegade Millionaire Strategies for Real Estate Agents book, I wrote about using client interviews in your marketing. The idea is to interview your clients about their experiences using your service. These interviews are very powerful in marketing because a client saying something about you is 10 times more powerful then you saying something about you.

The next time you watch an infomercial on TV count the number of testimonials that are presented. Smart marketers have realized that the more testimonials they use, the more they sell. In fact, most infomercials are 90% testimonials.

This is an area that most real estate agents don’t pay any attention to for their businesses. They hardly get or use any testimonials. This simply amazes me. They are ignoring the single most powerful thing you use in your marketing.

If you have read my report which summarizes my Less Clients More Money System, you already know that I work exclusively with real estate investors. In fact, I created a club that my investors join. The club is called Income for Life. Within a short period of time, we had enrolled several hundred investors into our club. Now, we have tons of testimonials from our investors. We use these testimonials every where. In addition to written testimonials, we have audio testimonials, too. For these audio testimonials, I simply interview our investors and ask them questions about their investments and our service.

A year or so ago, I started helping other agents launch my investment club in their local market places. Now, we have investment club members all throughout North America. It is actually pretty amazing how things have grown in such a short period of time.

Another benefit for these audio interviews is that new agents launching my Less Clients More Money System have instant access to these "Done for Them" testimonials. Did you notice how I included a short commercial at the beginning and end of the interview about our investment club? Those listening to the call, are directed to a website that generates leads for the agents launching my System.  We can all leverage each other’s marketing, testimonials and club members. This is very powerful.

The interviews are not very hard to conduct. We simply setup a conference call and then record the conference call.
