We all love rags to riches stories, don’t we?

Well, this may not be a true rags to riches story like you’d see in the movies, but it’s extremely interesting none-the-less. Stan Kroenke is a billionaire ranked 183rd in the latest Forbes magazine of the wealthiest people in the entire world.

He started his journey as a floor-sweeper in the small lumber company his father owned. By the time he was 10, he was doing the company’s books. He went on to college and became a life-long learner who is said to be a voracious reader.

He began investing in real estate shortly after college and has built a multi-billion dollar real estate empire. He even owns the Los Angeles Rams (NFL), the Colorado Avalanche (NHL) and the Denver Nuggets (NBA).

Needless to say, there’s a lot for any investor to learn from studying Mr. Kroenke. In fact, he has applied the age-old real estate mantra, “location, location, location” a little differently than everyone else.

I’ve spent the last month studying Mr. Kroenke and have detailed everything I learned about him in a special 12-page bonus report I’m including with my June Cashflownaire Newsletter, which will be released next week.

In this special 12-page bonus report, you’ll learn the following:

  1. How Kroenke turned a lifetime of learning into a fortune. This is obviously something anyone can copy himself or herself.
  2. How to create multiple income streams around every asset. When most people start thinking about creating multiple streams of income, they look for new assets to acquire. Kroenke did something different and created multiple income streams around EVERY asset he owned.
  3. Ten wealth-building lessons you can apply with your investments.
